ACCOMMODATION

Touchpoint is Advice LIVE’s official housing company and solely authorised to coordinate hotel reservations for the 2025 Advice LIVE event.

Our accommodation and housing specialists have secured rooms at a selection of hotels in South Brisbane and Brisbane CBD with flexible terms and conditions exclusively for attendees of the conference. Book early to secure your room and let our dedicated accommodation team look after you whilst taking advantage of our competitive rates.

Bedding configurations are run of house (unless otherwise noted). Specific preferences should be noted when registering. Room rates are per night, room only. Breakfast can be added at time of check in.

Please note: All accommodation costs quoted are inclusive of GST, except the Oaks Festival Suites as no GST is applicable for this property. 

Accommodation is to be pre-paid, prior to arrival.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

HOW TO BOOK

Accommodation may be booked when you complete the online registration form on the registration page of this website. Alternatively, email your requirements to the Conference Managers at ampadvicelive@touchpointms.com.au, who will be more than happy to assist.

The Conference Managers will then forward your contact details, reservation and full payment to the hotel of your choice.

DEPOSIT

Full payment for your accommodation is required at time of booking either via credit card or an invoice will be issued for payment within 14 days.
A credit card guarantee will be required upon check-in at the hotel to cover any incidental charges. The hotel will already have received full payment for your reservation (assuming you have made full payment to the Conference Managers)

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Any required changes to your booking must be requested in writing to the Conference Managers by 30 days prior to the Conference start date.

LATE BOOKINGS

New bookings and changes to existing bookings requested within 30 days prior to the Conference start date, will be subject to hotel availability and rate increase.

It is recommended you book early to avoid disappointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 60 days or more prior to the conference there will be a cancellation fee of A$150.00 per person
  • Between 59 – 31 days prior to the conference, accommodation cancellations will receive a 50% refund of accommodation costs
  • Cancellation within 30 days of the conference, there will be no refund as your room will have been committed to the hotel.
